We offer various services, including Erectile Dysfunction, Sexually Transmitted Infections, Hair Loss, and Premature Ejaculation. Each consultation costs R530 and does not include prescription medication fees. We accept cash and medical aid for consultations, prescriptions and medication.

How does it work?

Start here and Follow the steps.
Choose a service(your problem). Fill out the questionnaire. Book a date and time on the calendar and pay for the consultation. A link to a Video Consultation will be SMS-ed to you. At the consultation time, click the link, and talk to a South African qualified medical doctor about your condition. After the consultation, medication may be prescribed. Collect your medication at your nearest pharmacy.

Where is your practice?

The Gentlemen’s Clinic is a fully online Telehealth Clinic. Consultations occur over a video consultation in the comfort of your own home, at a time convenient to you.

What about repeat prescriptions and follow-ups?

During the first consultation, we’ll prescribe medication that will last for a month.
We recommend you book a follow-up consultation after 2 weeks to evaluate the effectiveness and increase or decrease dosage if needed. Follow-up for Hair loss should be after 1 month. During the second consultation, if you are satisfied, a prescription for 6 months will be issued.

Where is my information stored?

We use a specialized medical record-keeping software, to securely store your information. Your medical records will be available in future consultations and accessible to the medical practitioner on demand.

Can I pay with medical aid?

Medical aids are accepted however a cash payment must be made first. Thereafter an invoice for the consultation will be sent to you to make a claim from your Medical Aid. Contact us on our WhatsApp line before making payment and we can do a Medical Aid check to see if your medical aid covers the consultation and medication.
